Estimate, which includes your fees along with the investor's. You

Once your Loan Officer obtains the rate quote, they can now print
a Good Faith Estimate, which actually reflects all the Lender fees.
The loan applicant's information does not have to be completed at this time,
thus reducing the number of loan inquiries in your front end LOS system.
Why take the time to enter borrower information into your LOS system before
they become an actual "loan application"?
- The Writealoan.com system enables the Loan Officer to complete the 1003 loan application
and all state regulatory and industry standard documents via the Internet. It also will
run the loan application through underwriting in order to obtain a "pre-approval" based
on credit and ratios. Shortly, the system will
interface with DU/LP underwriting systems.
Now the Loan Officer can complete the entire application and obtain a loan commitment via the
Internet. The Loan Officer can do this from any location with Internet access, such as a Realtor's
office, loan applicant's home, builder's office, etc.
- Upon completion of the Loan Application, the loan is locked via the system and basically is
in process back at YOUR office. The Loan Application information can be downloaded into several LOS
systems being used throughout the industry. Now your loan processing staff downloads approved files into
